Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Burton S. Sherman, J.), entered April 25, 1985, which denied plaintiff’s motion pursuant to CPLR 3213 for summary judgment in lieu of complaint, is unanimously reversed, on the law, with costs, to grant plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment and to remand for a determination of reasonable attorney’s fees.
