The proceeding against the relator seems-to have been regularly instituted by an order to show caus© in the case in which the injunction had been granted, and was prosecuted as a proceeding in that action. R. S. sees-. 3480, 3481. It appears to have been regularly instituted and conducted. The punishment inflicted was such as the court might lawfully inflict in a proceeding for the violation, of the injunctional order.
