SUMMARY ORDER
Petitioner Ping Weng, a native and citizen of the People’s Republic of China, seeks review of a November 21, 2007 order of the BIA affirming the October 5, 2005 decision of Immigration Judge (“IJ”) Barbara A. Nelson denying Weng’s application for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”). In re Ping Weng, No. A97 *673817 064 (B.I.A.
