Davis, J.:
The relator is living separate from her husband. They have entered into a separation agreement whereby the husband made certain provisions for the support of his wife and the maintenance and education of their child, Eugene L. Klee, aged nine years, whose custody was given to the mother. The father took the *593child from a school which he was attending, and kept him in his own home in improper surroundings.
