Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed October 26, 2004, which ruled that claimant voluntarily withdrew from the labor market and denied his claim for workers’ compensation benefits.
Claimant was employed by BJ’s Wholesale Club when he tripped and fell on September 17, 2002, sustaining injuries to his head, hip and hand. He was treated at an emergency room later that evening, and returned to work two days later.
