MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN T. LANEY, III, Bankruptcy Judge.

Pending before the court is a motion pursuant to § 522(f) of the Bankruptcy Code 1 to avoid the Respondent’s judicial lien to the extent that it impairs the Debt- or’s homestead exemption. The lien in question is a judgment lien entered post-petition by this court determining that the Respondent has a nondischargeable claim against the Debtor in the principal amount of $6,750.00 pursuant to § 523(a)(6) of the Bankruptcy Code. 2 The judgment was entered after a trial in this court, the court having found the Debtor liable to the Respondent…
