We learn from the record of Justice of the Peace Harry E. Heydt that an information dated July 12, 1962, sworn to by A. Dean Rockwell, Pennsylvania Game Protector, charged James Edward Graver, the above named defendant, with having, on June 21, 1962, entered upon a State propagation area in Towamensing Township, Carbon County, contrary to section 940 of The Game Law of June 3,1937, P.
