MEMORANDUM
GRAVEN, District Judge.
In this action the plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant Select Meat Company for the unpaid balance on a promissory note, judgments against the defendants Morris B. Barefield and Steve *41A. Lillard, III, for portions of that unpaid balance, and to have declared as void as having been made in fraud of creditors certain conveyances of real property made by Morris B. Barefield to the defendants Whip Foods, Inc., and Iva Drew.
