CLARK, Judge.
This ease presents the issue of whether a petition filed by appellant Katie Lee Smith for false imprisonment states a cause of action sufficient to withstand a motion to dismiss. The trial court held it did not and ordered the cause dismissed as to all defendants. We reverse and remand the case for further proceedings.
