This is a suit in which the plaintiff seeks a limited divorce, temporary and permanent custody of the minor daughter of the parties, temporary and permanent alimony, counsel’s fees and costs. Shortly after a motion for temporary alimony and custody of the minor daughter was filed, the plaintiff, accompanied by her counsel, appeared at the office of the Domestic Relations Commissioner of this Court and made a statement, setting forth her financial condition, specifying her current expenses, debts and property owned by her.
