This is an unlawful detainer action brought by Mrs. Thrasher against Rabe to recover possession of a house and lot in Memphis, and damages for its unlawful detention. From an adverse judgment Rabe has appealed in error to this Court. The case was heard by the Court without a jury, and there is no material dispute about facts as the defendant offered no proof, and the judgment was rendered on the proof offered on behalf of the plaintiff.
