Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Lamont, J.), rendered March 31, 2005 in Albany County, upon a verdict convicting defendant of two counts of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.

In August 2004, Albany County Sheriff Investigator Eugene Duda and other officers were conducting a drug interdiction at the bus terminal in the City of Albany.
