In a bench trial, defendant, Joseph Pozdoll, was found guilty of unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle in violation of section 4— 103(a)(1) of the Illinois Vehicle Code (Ill0. Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 951/2, par. 4 — 103(a)(1)). The circuit court of Du Page County sentenced defendant to five years’ probation under the supervision of TASC for the Class 2 felony offense.
