This matter is before the Court on Jeanette Ewert’s objection to confirmation of her former spouse’s Chapter 13 plan. 1 A trial was held in December, 2004, the Court announced its decision at a hearing held January 26, 2005, and now codifies that oral ruling with this written decision.
