Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent which, inter alia, revoked petitioner’s motor vehicle dealer license.

On December 19, 1994, petitioner sold a 1983 Honda Accord automobile to Lori Pillsbury for $2,198.85.
