In this workers’ compensation case, intervening plaintiff-appellant Auto Club Insurance Association appealed by leave granted an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appellate Commission (WCAC) affirming the magistrate’s denial of plaintiff James B. Bowman’s petition for workers’ compensation benefits. This Court held that the “traveling employee” doctrine exists in Michigan and reversed the decision of the WCAC and remanded.
