This appeal was submitted December 10, 1964.

Rouse appeals from a conviction of failing to support his child, contrary to the form of statute (Code 1940, T. 34, § 90 1 ). After judgment on verdict, the trial judge sentenced Rouse to hard labor for the county for twelve months.
