On December 22, 2003, relator, Robert E. De La Garza, filed a petition for writ of mandamus asking this Court to direct respondent, Judge Noe Gonzalez of the 370th District Court of Hidalgo County, to rescind or vacate his order of November 18, 2003 compelling relator to attend a post-judgment deposition noticed by the real party in interest, National Investors, L.P.
