— In an action to recover a brokerage commission, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Morrison, J.), entered December 16, 1986, which denied its motion for summary judgment, and, upon searching the record, granted summary judgment to the defendant dismissing the complaint.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
