This cause is here on appeal from a final decree dated August 25, 1937, entered by the Circuit Court of Dade County, Florida, granting a decree a vinculo matrimonii and awarding the wife permanent alimony in the sum of $7.00 per week after September 11, 1937, until a further order of the Court. After an appeal was taken from the final decree by the wife, she made application to this Court for an order allowing counsel fees and costs of perfecting the appeal.
