This matter is before the Court on the Motions of defendants Richard Jarvis, Donna Haines, General Motors Corp. and Daniel Wall to Dismiss the Complaint for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction. Fed.R. Civ.P. 12(b)(1). The named defendants as well as Ed Schroeder additionally move to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). Defendants General Motors Corp. and Mr. Wall also move for summary judgment under Rule 56, Fed.R.Civ.P. Finally, Mrs. Haines asserts a counterclaim for the child support judgment she was…
