OPINION
FRANKS, Judge.
In this contract action, the Trial Judge awarded plaintiff damages and injunctive relief. Defendant has appealed.
The genesis of this dispute is when Dean Winegardner, an employee of National Book Warehouse (NBW), left its employment in order to start his own book business, Book-Mart. Winegardner and NBW President Paul Cowell continued to do business together for a time, with Book-Mart purchasing much of its inventory from NBW.
