Action by the appellant against the appellee. The complaint is in two paragraphs. The first paragraph is for personal property sold and delivered by the plaintiff as administrator of one Alvin Ramey, deceased, to *497the defendant, accompanied by a bill of particulars. The second is also for personal property ¿old and delivered, setting out the particulars of the transaction more in detail than is done in the first paragraph.
