OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

Judgment of conviction unanimously reversed, on the law, and accusatory instrument dismissed.

Defendant was originally charged in a simplified traffic information issued by Patrolman Zern with operating a motor vehicle without financial security in violation of section 319 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law. After service of a supporting deposition by Patrolman Stevens, upon defendant’s demand for same, defendant moved to dismiss the accusatory instrument.
