Carmen Rodriguez Acevedo filed in the Municipal Court of San Juan, Second Section, three complaints against To-más Collazo Verdejo, for violations of the Act to regulate the practice of Dental Surgery and later requested the dis*438missal of the charges brought, filing in each case a motion in which it is stated:

“That subsequently to the filing of the complaint she has decided not to prosecute this case because she has no interest in the same.”
