Appellant Polly Martinez appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to appellees Abbott Laboratories and Abbott Laboratories, Inc., d/b/a Abbott Sales, Marketing, & Distribution Corporation and Harris Methodist Fort Worth d/b/a Harris Methodist Fort Worth Hospital. Martinez also appeals the trial court’s dismissal of her suit against Harris for her failure to file an adequate expert report.
