McCORMICK, Justice.

This appeal arises from an insurance coverage dispute. The litigated question is whether property of plaintiff Curran Hydraulic Corporation was insured by defendant National-Ben Franklin Insurance Company of Illinois on April 16, 1974, when it was destroyed by fire. The controversy was tried to a jury which found for plaintiff and fixed its recovery at $350,000. Defendant contends that it was entitled to a directed verdict and that the trial court erred in an instruction.
