Appellee recovered a judgment against appellant for damages for the death of her husband caused by a head-on collision on January 8, 1924, between passenger train No. 26, running north out of Houston, Tex., on which her deceased husband was engineer, and passenger train No. 23, running south into Houston. The collision occurred 1.1 miles north of the station of Hillendahl, in Harris county, which point is also 5.4 miles south of the station of Addicks on appellant’s line of road.
