This matter comes before the Court on a Motion to Approve Compromise and Settlement Agreement (hereinafter the “Motion”) filed by James G. Baker (hereinafter the “Trustee”), in his capacity as Chapter 7 Trustee for the estate of Dennis H. McDowell (hereinafter the “Debtor”).
