GARTH, Circuit Judge:

This appeal arises from an action brought by a women’s health center against a group of anti-abortion activists and from an injunction subsequently imposed on the defendants by the district court. After trial in this action, the jury returned a verdict for the health center on its claims under civil RICO and the state torts of trespass and intentional interference with contract.
