This action was brought to quiet title to certain real property in the village of Crosby. The answering defendant, First National Bank of Crosby, denied the allegations of the complaint, set up title in itself by virtue of a sheriff’s deed issued pursuant to sale on execution and asked for an affirmative judgment quieting title in it. The facts were stipulated. The court made findings of fact and conclusions of law as follows:
