The object of this action is to obtain a judgment declaring the plaintiff, as late sheriff, to have a lien upon *441certain personal property for Ms fees, disbursements and expenses, and for the sale of the property to satisfy the same. The property consists of a stock of manufactured articles and other things seized by the sheriff under an attachment issued in favor of Bolton Hall and others against The United States ¡Reflector Company.
