Holman v. Peter Kiewit Sons' Inc.

This is a suit to cancel a deed to a tract of real estate in Cass County and to quiet plaintiff’s title therein. The trial court found for the defendant and dismissed the action. The plaintiff appeals.

The real estate here involved contains 1.66 acres and is described in the record as Lot 30. It was acquired by plaintiff and her husband from the LymanRichey Sand & Gravel Company as a part of a larger tract of 35 acres.
