Appellant Charlene Lanette Gregory (appellant) was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court of the City of Richmond of (1) possession of a firearm by a convicted felon under Code § 18.2-308.2 and (2) possession with intent to distribute marijuana under Code § 18.2-248.1.
