PER CURIAM: *
Glenn Alphonse, Jr. appeals the district court’s dismissal of his claims for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. We AFFIRM.
Arch Bay Holdings, L.L.C. initiated foreclosure proceedings on Alphonse’s house in 2010 after he defaulted on his mortgage. Alphonse did not contest these proceedings in state court. Instead, he filed suit in federal court against Arch Bay and the mortgage servicer Specialized Loan Servicing, L.L.C.
