P. C. Boston, a switchman in the employ of appellant company in its yards at Paris, Tex., while undertaking to adjust a coupler on a box car standing on the track on the south side of a public street, was struck and killed by another car, which was standing at the time on the north side of the street, which was about 40 or 60 feet wide, being suddenly and negligently bumped against him. The suit is by_the widow and two minor children. Only one of the grounds of negligence pleaded was relied on in the case.
