— This action in assumpsit was commenced by the filing of a complaint on August 22,1978, and service of a true copy of the same upon defendant by Deputy Sheriff Peiffer on the same date. On praecipe of plaintiff the prothonotary entered a default judgment against defendant in the amount of $3,926.17 on September 12, 1978.
