*73This is an appeal by defendant from an order revoking a deferred imposition of sentence in a criminal case in the district court of Cascade County, the Hon. R. J. Nelson, district judge presiding.

Defendant Jerry Lattin was charged in the district court of Cascade County on January 19, 1968, with the crime of a lewd and lascivious act upon a child. Thereafter defendant plead guilty to this charge.
