William W. Foster appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court for the Western District of Missouri in favor of the warden of the Missouri State Penitentiary (MSP), the MSP Board of Classification and Placement (Board) and individual members of the Board (collectively referred to as “MSP”). Appellant brought this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging race discrimination in the assignment of inmate jobs.
