Vourderis v. Bezio

Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of the Commissioner of Correctional Services which found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.

While petitioner was walking to his assignment in the law library, a correction officer stopped him and inspected paperwork that petitioner was carrying, which included a grievance form as well as parole papers belonging to other inmates.
