Wenger Manufacturing, Inc. appeals from the decision of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa granting the motion of Coating Machinery Systems, Inc. and Vector Corporation (collectively “CMS”) for summary judgment of noninfringement of U.S. Patent 5,100,688, and denying Wenger’s cross-motion for partial summary judgment of infringement.
