Emanuel L. Lutchman pleaded guilty to conspiracy to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2339B(a)(1) and was sentenced *36in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York (Geraci, Ch.J. ) to the statutory maximum of 240 months' imprisonment and 50 years' supervised release.
