This is in response to your request for an opinion on substantially the following question:
MAY THE POLICE CHIEF OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD BE APPOINTED AS CITY ADMINISTRATOR AND ACT IN BOTH CAPACITIES SIMULTANEOUSLY?
