Plaintiff Kenneth Ross is seeking review of a final decision by defendant Nancy A. Berryhill, Acting Commissioner of Social Security, denying his claim for disability insurance benefits under the Social Security Act and finding him capable of limited light level work. 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
