Plaintiff, John W. Benekos, was declared to be ineligible for unemployment compensation benefits by tire defendant, the Illinois Department of Labors Board of Review, and sought administrative review of the Board’s decision. The circuit court of Cook County reversed the defendant’s decision, and this appeal follows.
