*1208Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County (Thomas A. Stander, J.), entered April 14, 2006. The order, insofar as appealed from, granted plaintiffs’ motion for partial summary judgment on liability under Labor Law § 240 (1) and denied defendants’ cross motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
