Plaintiffs James and Michelle Gallagher brought suit against defendants Jaroslaw Robert Lenart, individually, and as agent for Pacella Trucking Express, Inc., and Pacella Trucking Express, Inc., an Illinois corporation (collectively, defendants), for personal injuries James sustained in a motor vehicle collision with Lenart.
