The Oregon Occupational Safety & Health Division (OR-OSHA) seeks judicial review of an order of an administrative law judge (ALJ) 1 setting aside a citation charging respondent CC & L Roofing Co., Inc. (CC) with violating OAR 437-003-1501 2 by not ensuring that fall protection systems were provided, installed, and implemented when employees were exposed to a hazard of falling 10 feet or more to a lower level.
