Appeal (transferred to this Court by order of the Appellate Division, Second Department) from an order of the Supreme Court (Kaiser, J.H.O.), entered May 21, 1991 in Westchester County, which, inter alia, denied defendant’s motion to vacate money judgments against him and granted plaintiffs cross motion for an award of counsel fees.
