Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County, rendered June 28, 1976, convicting defendant of robbery in the first degree (three counts), sodomy in the first degree (two counts), sexual abuse in the first degree, assault in the second degree, and possession of a weapon (four *687counts) and sentencing him to concurrent terms of a maximum of 10 to 20 years, unanimously reversed, on the law, and remanded for a new trial.
